1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the lakiwib platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the lakiwib platform and, if registered, request account closure by contacting our support team at [email protected].

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and lakiwib with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• "lakiwib," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the lakiwib online gaming platform, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" means the lakiwib website at https://lakiwib.net, including all gaming products, features, and services accessible through it.
• "Player," "you," or "your" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means the funds deposited by you and held in your lakiwib wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds awarded to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on any game or event available on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under which lakiwib operates.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the lakiwib Platform. This is a firm legal requirement under Philippine law. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. lakiwib reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is a violation of these Terms and may also constitute a violation of applicable local law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to maintain only one active lakiwib account. Opening duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances may be voided.

3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must keep your account details current. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

3.5 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or use the Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons self-excluded through the lakiwib responsible gaming tools or any PAGCOR-administered exclusion registry; (c) employees, contractors, or affiliates of lakiwib or its licensed partners; and (d) persons prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine law or regulation.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

4.1 Mandatory Verification. In accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, lakiwib is required to verify the identity of all registered players. You agree to submit accurate identity documents when requested.

4.2 Documents Required. Verification may require submission of one or more of the following: a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, PRC ID, Voter's ID); proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement issued within the last 90 days); and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.

4.3 Withdrawal Hold. lakiwib reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests until KYC verification is complete. Funds deposited prior to verification remain your property; however, they may not be withdrawn until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

4.4 Enhanced Due Diligence. For accounts with high transaction volumes or where risk indicators are present, lakiwib may require enhanced due diligence documentation, including source of funds declarations, in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.

5 Account Security

5.1 Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lakiwib account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.

5.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify lakiwib immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account by contacting [email protected]. lakiwib will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access that occurs prior to such notification, except where directly caused by our negligence.

5.3 Security Measures. lakiwib employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication via your registered Philippine mobile number, and automated fraud detection systems. These measures are in place to protect your account and do not diminish your personal responsibility to safeguard your own credentials.

5.4 Suspicious Activity. lakiwib reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. We will endeavor to notify the account holder promptly except where notification would compromise the integrity of our investigation.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Currency. All deposits, account balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the lakiwib Platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the point of deposit and may be updated from time to time.

6.3 Accepted Methods. lakiwib accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Method availability may vary by account verification status.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10–15 minutes on business days. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PesoNet are typically processed within 1–2 hours during banking hours. lakiwib does not guarantee processing times, which may be affected by third-party payment processor conditions.

6.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

6.6 Fees. lakiwib does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees, for which lakiwib bears no responsibility.

7 Wagering Rules

7.1 General. All wagers placed on the lakiwib Platform — including live casino, sports betting, slots, bingo, sabong, and fishing games — are subject to the specific game rules and betting limits published on the Platform at the time of the wager.

7.2 Bet Confirmation. A wager is confirmed only upon receipt of a system-generated confirmation from the Platform. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors, network interruptions, or system faults are void and any staked amount will be returned to your account balance.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market. lakiwib reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including imposing individual account limits where risk management considerations require it.

7.4 Void Bets. lakiwib may void any bet where: (a) a technical or pricing error has occurred; (b) the event has been cancelled or abandoned; (c) the outcome cannot be officially verified; (d) the bet was placed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms; or (e) PAGCOR or another competent authority requires voiding. Voided bets will have their stake returned.

7.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform, including rules relating to in-play betting, settlement of dead heats, and event postponement. The sportsbook rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Availability. lakiwib may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet sizes will be specified in the promotion-specific terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse. lakiwib reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or hedge bets to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk; collusion with other players to exploit promotional structures.

8.4 Expiry. Unclaimed bonus credits and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements will expire in accordance with the promotion-specific expiry period. Expired bonus balances are non-recoverable.

8.5 Right to Withdraw. lakiwib reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where continued operation of the promotion would be contrary to law, PAGCOR requirements, or our internal risk parameters.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lakiwib Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system glitches to generate profits; any gains from such exploitation must be returned.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating betting activity to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional offers or guaranteed profit opportunities.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) or Republic Act No. 10168 (Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act).
• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or any other method designed to mask your true geographic location.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lakiwib staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership. All content on the lakiwib Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of lakiwib or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited License. lakiwib grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10.3 Restrictions. You may not use the lakiwib name, logo, or any branding elements in any manner without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of lakiwib intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. lakiwib does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or without interruption. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time, which may result in temporary unavailability.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, lakiwib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical faults, network failures, or third-party system outages.

11.3 Cap on Liability. Where lakiwib is found to be directly liable to you, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Force Majeure. lakiwib shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or PAGCOR regulatory interventions.

12 Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters to us. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by lakiwib is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lakiwib collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact information, and payment details for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with PAGCOR requirements. 13 Responsible Gaming

13.1 Commitment. lakiwib is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide a suite of player protection tools that are accessible directly from your account dashboard at any time.

13.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly)
• Loss limit alerts at self-configured thresholds
• Session time reminders and automatic session timeouts
• Account cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion)
• Permanent self-exclusion from the Platform

13.3 Age Restriction. lakiwib strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently terminated and all funds will be returned to the source of deposit, minus any bonuses claimed.

14 Suspension & Termination

14.1 By lakiwib. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by PAGCOR or a court of competent jurisdiction; (c) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account; or (d) your continued use of the Platform presents a legal, financial, or reputational risk to lakiwib.

14.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, any real money balance held in your wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, net of any amounts owed to lakiwib, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.

14.3 By You. You may request closure of your lakiwib account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any available real money balance will be returned to you upon account closure, subject to KYC verification requirements.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the provisions of Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

15.2 Regulatory Oversight. lakiwib operates under the jurisdiction and regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaint that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process may be referred to PAGCOR.

15.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. If you have a complaint relating to your account, a wager, or a transaction, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and endeavor to resolve it within 10 business days.

15.4 Jurisdiction. For any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

16 Amendments to These Terms

lakiwib reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to your registered address.

Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections, clarifications, or updates to reflect new PAGCOR guidance that does not alter your substantive rights) may take effect immediately upon posting. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
